Role Description
Networx Digital Marketing is seeking a Creative Team Lead/Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for leading a team of creatives to produce high-quality and impactful content for our clients’ digital marketing campaigns. Your day-to-day tasks will include brainstorming creative ideas and concepts, overseeing the development and execution of content across various channels, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless delivery of projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role, preferred
• Proven experience as a team lead/manager, mentoring and developing team members
• Strong creative thinking skills to develop and communicate innovative and effective marketing campaigns
• Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
• Experience in an agency setting is a plus
